The accounts are, presumably, then sold on in the black market for a tidy sum.
1 - No. 2 - You can farm Polished Pet Charms on world quests to buy a Epic lvling stone, it will boost a pet to lvl 25. 3 - There are battles with 1 enemy pet, but they are always a boss pet, which you will also need 2-3 pets to win.
One important note: You don't need to be level 25 to do world quest pet battles! They scale to your highest level pet and honestly, they're easier with level 1 pets anyways. Just make sure you have some rares (they need the extra health) with good attacks and you should be all set.
1 cze 2019 · If you think that the quest rewards are bad then you should try pet PVP for around 300 wins you get about 100 charms. PVP is harder and requires more skill than the world quests so figure out what the rewards are all about.
9 maj 2021 · You can get as many Purples as you like anytime from PvE for 3 or 4 World Quests each - call it 30 minutes. The regular weekly quest What We've Been Training For takes twice as long, and rewards just a Pet Treat and a few Bandages. with some small possibility of a random Blue or Yellow stone.
As far as I know, designers will reduce the PPC rewards for all worldquest after 10.15 because they have designed a new daycare qusetline. The daycare questline is similar to the Shadowbarb Hatchling qusetline, and it is a pet cultivation questline.
I have recently discovered that all the pet battle challenge dungeon quests (Deadmines, Wailing Caverns, Blackrock Depths, Gnomeregan and Stratholme) are now flagged in-game as Account Daily quests instead of Account Weekly. The Celestial Tournament quest in Pandaria is still flagged as account weekly though.
