unlike what has been said thus far, 3.1 is looking pretty good for shaman pvp. resto have had it the best of the three specs thus far, but with the additional glyphs being added (particularly stoneclaw) resto's getting a nice mitigation buff, Resto have great mitigation already.

9 wrz 2024 · Below is a ranking of Elemental Shaman-specific PvP talents to aid in PvE. Totem of Wrath increases the critical effect of spells of allies within 40 yards by 20% for 15 seconds, 40-second cooldown. Good for solo play and excellent if you are doing outdoor content with others.
