Overview. Trouble in the temple. Needed: Two sets of mourner gear, new key, tarnished key, blank teleport crystal. A suitable chanting spot, just above the dead exploration party and entrance to the Temple of Light. Talk to Arianwyn in the large building in Lletya.
1. Talk about Within the Light. 2. Stay undercover. Enter the tunnels with the new key and approach the Temple of Light. Remove your gas mask and chant-to the blank teleport crystal by standing south-east of the first slave on the square directly north of the jutting out part of the south rock wall. After the cutscene, return to Lletya.
Use 300 mosaic fragments and the restored “Hallowed Be the Everlight” painting on the elevator (complete guide at the end) to finish the ‘Hallowed Be…’ mystery. Going up the elevator, use the four bucklers, found while excavating piles/caches on each island, on the statues to start a light puzzle.
Within the Light is the eighth and penultimate quest in the Elf (Prifddinas) quest series. It continues where Mourning's End Part II left off, delving deeper into the Temple of Light's mysteries in hopes of discovering the source of a disturbance.
Recently I finished "The light within", and I'm really curious about the design behind the last part of the quest (where you need to rotate stones left/right in the Elder halls). It seems that it was customary for many of the Elves quests to contain a light puzzle of some sort.

Mysteries are short miniquest-esque activities at Archaeology dig sites, usually involving a storyline, that can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours or even a few days to complete. Players can unlock new areas within the dig sites, or different rewards such as Ancient Invention and Ancient Summoning by completing these mysteries.
