My only issue with current gamepad support in WoW is this: when I move my character with the joystick, it essentially removes mouse support until I stop all inputs on the joystick. Mouse is no longer on screen, nor shows up when I move it, or try and click on anything. Has anyone found a way to fix this?

2 sty 2024 · Sounds like your mouse buttons are configured to function as keyboard presses or other special functions. If you are using some program from the mouse manufacturer which allows configuration I would check mouse settings there if the buttons are configured as mouse buttons or something else.
This is likely down to mouse drivers. The right-click should always work without issues otherwise. Nonetheless, it could be worthwhile trying the following if updating the drivers doesn’t help: First, reset the games UI. Once done, access the character having difficulties, untick character-specific keybinds then click reset to default.
6 gru 2022 · Hi guys, I have this issue with moving my character using my mouse. Before dragonflight launch I could click both buttons down and I would move then upon releasing the buttons my character would stop, but now my cursor disappears and my character gets stuck on moving.
I installed the most recent software from the SteelSeries website, have checked the 'Detect Wow gaming mouse' in the interface, and have 'Enable in-game mode' checked from the mouse's menu. That last part helped a bit, before it would only assign the letter instead of both.
I can't enter world of change my character in WoW. An issue with Discord is interfering with mouse and keyboard inputs in World of Warcraft and other Blizzard games. Any of the following steps should resolve the issue. Update Discord. Disable Discord Overlay. Uninstall Discord.
