I hate television and movies and youtube was the only source of entertainment I had, now it is dead. I do not understand how people think there's still good content on youtube. All of it sucks. Probably one of the worst websites of all time.
putting ads on non-monetized videos is downright despicable ngl. they are literally purely profiting off the people who post like that, which is MOST users. At the end of the day, youtube is a corporation. They only care about making money, not about helping out the small guys if it doesn't make them anything.
Some barebone website I got a link from on a "regular weird site" with videos of a guy (or guys) making messes in public bathrooms. It wasn't like 2 or 3 videos, more like a few dozens, and around 2006 when recording and hosting videos wasn't just a click away on your phone.
