How to submit a service request. Log in using SSO. Click Create Request. Select the Property, Floor, and Space. Select the Issue Type and Issue Sub Type. Provide as much detail as possible in the Describe Your Request field. See tips for a more efficient service request. Include a COA if the work is to be recharged.

Over 21,000 carriers have signed up to have their 2025 registration automatically renewed by the NRS. These carriers will soon begin to receive emails to remind them of the upcoming automatic registration.

2025 UCR renewals will be starting in October 2024. To assure an accurate and timely renewal of your 2025 credentials please return this renewal form as soon as possible. IF YOU WERE REQUIRED TO HAVE PRIOR YEARS UCR AND HAVE NOT DONE THEM, THEY WILL NOT ISSUE YOUR 2025 UCR.
