After you make a purchase, print out the form from their online rebate center and mail in your rebate before your receipt expires.
If you don't have a Menard's close by, you can still take advantage of the 11% rebate sale at Home Depot. Your purchase has to be made during the same dates as the Menard's sale, and it still comes back as an HD gift card, but the processing times are significantly quicker in my experience.
