You simply upload the left facing version of your pose on the left hand side and the right-facing pose on the right. Underneath is a box where you must enter a pose name (this is the name that will appear in the drop-down list when you click your wolf).
Here you can view all of your poses, including set poses. You can also set up pose groups, rename your custom poses, and set a new enter pose for yourself! Since we're here to upload a new custom pose, scroll to the bottom part of the page and click on "Pose Uploader".
