You must be logged into Myspace in order to update your email address. In order to change the email address linked to your account, go to your Profile Settings menu and choose Account . Once you are in your Profile Settings , click on Email to view the email address linked to the profile.
Click on the Password heading from the options to update your password. Enter your current password and choose a new password. Verify what you want your new password to be and click Save Changes. If you do not remember what your current password is, retrieve your password via email by clicking here.

After you've regained access to your email account, you can reset your MySpace login information to get a new password. You'll visit the MySpace login page and click the "Forgot Password?" option. Fill in the field for either your email address or MySpace username.
