Wisconsin CSOS (Child Support Online Services) is an online application that allows Child Support participants to view case and financial information related to the participant’s child support cases.
You can make a support payment anytime, from anywhere, by using a touch-tone phone. After the form is completed and returned, an individual will receive a 4-digit access code to use the Pay-by-Phone service. Find more information and instructions for Pay-by-Phone.

Ways to Pay Support. Employers may submit payments by mail or electronically. Employers can select the payment option best suited for their organization. Child Support Online Services (CSOS) shares a logon management system with the Department of Workforce Development (DWD). If you access online services such as the Unemployment Insurance Portal or the Job Center of Wisconsin, you already have an account that can be used to log in to CSOS.
