To apply for Child Support Services, download, print and complete the Child Support application and mail, fax or walk into your local Child Support office. PLEASE NOTE: Effective October 1, 2019 the annual child support fee will increase from $25 to $35 per federal fiscal year (October 1st to September 30th).

Parents and guardians can receive services from their local child support office. The process begins when you apply for child support services or when your local child support office receives a referral from another public assistance program.
The Child Support, Customer Service Portal (CSP) allows Customers the ability to view and provide information to DWSS, such as, view payments and notices, apply for services, update information and much more.
Child Support cases in the Family Court are heard at the Child Support Center of Southern Nevada at 1900 E. Flamingo Road. Please check with your attorney, or with the court, prior to a hearing to confirm its location.
