Wings is faster for box modeling (if you can get into the workflow - I prefer Mirai mode, but you may like one of the alternates). One of the minor things I find advantageous is that you can re-orientate your view in the middle of an operation, something you can't do in Blender.

comparing wings to blender is like apples to oranges. their both purposes are different. one wants to be simple and a very effective program while the other wants to be better than 3ds max, maya, cinema 4d, etc. while both still wants to be free.

18 maj 2006 · Wings3D is much better in SubDiv modeling with better tools, but blender is the allrounder with better animation and rendering. They go well together, learn to use them both. i like blender cause i cant fugure out gow to use wings.
