My review of BH Red Wine Cask Finish. This is my first review post here so give me some grace and please hit me with some constructive criticisms if you have any! Sweet on the nose with notes of almond, sweet chocolate, and grapes.
Basil Hayden Red Wine Cask Finish (NAS, 80 Proof) Nose: Yeah, you get some sort of finish on the nose. a delicate, floral red fruit note with a bit of cherry cola, and a hint of oak. It’s reasonably inviting.
Hi, I recently tried a few wine cask whiskies (laphroaig, glenfiddich & Glen Moray) and enjoyed them very much. Does anyone have recommendations of any others that I might be missing out on?
