Upon running through the installation setup I get all the way to 'Finishing Up' at which point the computer says that it requires a reboot in order to complete installation of Windows.

From my research, I found that my computer is supposed to boot the drive with Windows 10 installed after restarting. However, it fails to do so and simply boots the USB again, which is the next option in my BIOS boot settings.
Attach the USB flash drive or insert the DVD on the PC where you want to install Windows 10. Restart your PC. If your PC does not automatically boot to the USB or DVD media, you might have to open a boot menu or change the boot order in your PC's BIOS or UEFI settings.
