Take a look at the Microsoft Security Bulletin Search tool to determine which updates you'll need to download. Here are the settings I recommend to get all of the relevant updates after post-SP3. Then it's just a matter of downloading the relevant install executables for offline use.

This will work on all versions of Windows XP (Home, Pro, Media Center Edition, etc…), and I also have the updates for the relatively rare 64-bit release of Windows XP: XP Updates ISO (1.62 GB) XP file hashes. The patches can be found on the web and I have already tested them. Known franchises: Grand Thef Auto through "IV Episodes from Liberty City". Need For Speed up to "Shift Unleashed 2". Call of Duty up to "Modern Warfare 3". Battlefield to "Bad Company 2".
