12 lut 2012 · I have a Win 7 64-bit OS and fixed the "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" by installing the Vista adapter from cooldrives. There are a couple of prolific chipsets i've seen, the older chips sets don't seem to work with the new driver on the prolific website. Which version: Rev_0300 or Rev_0400.
