Hold Shift-Control-Option-Command and press Power. It should instantly power off. Try powering it on again. It it still enters the boot loop, power it off again and try an SMC reset. If it still boot loops, try booting into macOS Recovery. If that works then your install is hosed.

30 sty 2018 · Created a Windows 10 bootable USB using the Media Creation Tool. Once done, insert, switch the mini on, and when you hear the startup tone, immediately press and hold the alt key on your keyboard. Select EFI Boot.

1 lip 2014 · Create your new partition however large you want, using the Boot Camp utility within OS X. Restore the Windows cloned image to the new, larger partition. Use the utility to "expand to all free space". Also, I would run a "disk check" on the Windows partition twice before creating the clone with winclone.
