11 paź 2023 · To clarify, you cannot use the original Windows 7 OEM key to activate Windows 10. If you have claimed the free upgrade in the past from Windows 7 to 10, that process assigned you a digital license instead for Windows 10. Was just trying to activate latest Windows 10 LTSC freshly downloaded from https://massgrave.dev/windows_ltsc_links.html (es-es language) with latest MAS script and it fails. What I've tried: Disabling Windows defender; Going through the Fix Licensing menu (it says succesful, see screenshot)

Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Change product key and enter the 25-character product key.
