  2. it's normal for windows to use ~10gb while doing lightweight stuff like web use, etc. background apps, startup apps, and windows services. try disabling startup apps that you don't need, adjust your pagefile size, or just add more ram

  7. 12 lip 2018 · Since this question is about Memory, it would help if you sort your Task Manager display by "Memory" instead of "CPU" so we can see what uses the most memory on your PC. For starters though, that Cortana is using more than 100MB of memory is a huge red flag.
