To install a different language - Multilingual User Interface (MUI) - you need to have Windows 7 Ultimate. If you don't have Ultimate you can do an Anytime Upgrade to Ultimate. There are 35 languages to chose from, they are listed under "Language Packs" at this website:

22 wrz 2024 · To change the display language on Windows 7, open the Control Panel, and change the view to Large icons. Click the Region and Language icon and select a language from the menu. If you don't see what you're looking for, click the Install/uninstall languages button to add it to the list.
