Final Cut Pro allows users to import, edit, and process video footage, and output it to a wide variety of formats. In the 2000s, Final Cut Pro developed a large and expanding user base, mainly video hobbyists and independent filmmakers.
Resolve and Final Cut are as similar as NLEs get. They use the same keyboard shortcuts in many places and I do believe Resolve's "Cut" page — not to be confused with the more traditional "Edit" page — has something like the magnetic timeline.
Unfortunately there's nothing quite as good for Windows IMHO, but DaVinci Resolve is excellent. The free version does most of what you might need and lets you learn the software. Going from FCP to Resolve will be a steep learning curve, but it will be worth it.

It isn’t possible to run Final Cut Pro on Windows. Final Cut Pro is designed only for Apple operating systems and can only run on Apple devices. As great as it would be to have Final Cut Pro open to all users, it isn’t possible at this time.
