11 wrz 2024 · Product: HP Elitebook 840 G5. While messing in the bios I reset the bios and later when I boot into windows the brightness adjustment function keys didn’t work. I installed windows 11 and it was not fixed, then I reinstalled windows 10 again, the problem persisted.

14 kwi 2018 · I have some issues with my keyboard brightness keys. They are not working since I updated my windows 10. I tried many things but so far nothing positive. I even updated my Driver Software in the display adapter both automatically and choose Microsoft display adapter too.
