Developers explained in a livestream that more lore related content is in development, but it seems unlikely we’ll get Astroneer 2 before they create more content that gives you more to do on the vast planets that already exist.

Astroneer 2 Suggestions or Future Updates. - Oceans. - More types of gas, hability to mix gas like real chemistry. - Be in contact constantly with Exo Dynamics that will keep sending Quests and Missions for the Astroneer. - Diversed Hats just like ROBLOX Catalog. - Be named in the same way as Subnautica Sequel.
