5 paź 2024 · I dumped my emuNand using the built in option in USB Loader GX. Then used the emuNand WAD manager to install my WAD. It shows up in the game list to launch, but when I do so the game says “Your system file has been corrupted, please redownload and try again.”. Completely new to this.
5 paź 2024 · Since the real NAND of the Wii has only 512MB memory, I wanted to display and start the WiiWare as WADs via the USB Loader. The WADs are in a separate folder "/wad" on the stick (and also on the SD Card).
Make sure USB loader gx itself is using a cIOS (not just to load games). Then all you have to do is install the WADs into the emunand instead of your real nand. You can do this in USB loader gx's features->emunand wad manager.
USB Loader GX won't detect my USB Drive. If this happens, first, ensure that your USB Drive is in the correct port. By default, USB Loader GX uses USB port 0, which is circled here: If it doesn't work in port 0, it's possible the setting was changed at some point. Try putting it in the other port.
Can't figure out how to get WiiWare games to load via USB drive. There's a lot of old information out there. I tried using USB Loader GX and doing WAD2ISO, but kept getting errors about not being able to find the loader.dol. What is the best method for loading WiiWare WADs via USB or SD card?
14 paź 2024 · Dump working with Mighty Channel will not work 100% with USB Loader GX. You need to create a new dump of your Wii by using the integrated "NAND Dump" feature in USB Loader GX settings. The default path for extracted NAND path is : SD:\nand\, but you can of course change this path in the loader's setting.
