Solution for Using Real Wii Remote on Dolphin for MacOS Monterey. Fixed - Support. TLDR: Use USB Bluetooth Adapter. Set Bluetooth passthrough on Dolphin. Start the game and, push the sync button at the back of the WiiMote, click sync button on bluetooth pass through setting.

Has anybody successfully gotten a Wiimote to pair to macOS Monterey (specifically on an M1 Mac)? I've tried all the tricks including using basic PINS and converting the bluetooth address to a backwards hex pin with no luck. Thanks!
First, start fresh, and update your Bluetooth driver to whatever Windows defaults to. ***Note: this requires a compatible Bluetooth receiver. It sounds like you should be fine with this, but Dolphin Wiki has a page with a list of receivers that are confirmed to work.
On my M1 macbook pro I'm able to get the wiimote to connect just fine and it seems to work in games. I'm on dolpin version 5.0-14323. In dolphin's controller settings set it to Emulate the Wii's Bluetooth adapter and for Wii Remote 1 set it to Real Wii Remote.
7 lis 2021 · I'm having issues connecting the Wii Mote. The default apple bluetooth prompt forces a passkey which is never accepted. I read in this wiki that the passkey can be figured out if the address is known, and then deciphered from there: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Wiimote Any updates on how to make this happen?
