The Athens War Museum [1] (Greek: Πολεμικό Μουσείο Αθήνας) is the military museum of the Greek Armed Forces. It is located at the Athens city center and it is served by the Athens Metro station of Evangelismos .
Its mission is the collection, preservation and exhibition of war relics, and the study, documentation and promotion of the struggles of the Greek nation from antiquity until today, in order to stimulate national memory and promote the historical continuity and the unity of Hellenism.
