Many games have dynamic stories where the player tells the story of the character by the actions chosen. Any othe media is limited in that it can't be dynamic.
To write a story for a game, you do have to know how to write stories in general, for your effort to be any good as a story. Having it as a game, will introduce additional complications on top of the story.
28 lip 2024 · Twine is an open-source tool for telling interactive, nonlinear stories. You don’t need to write any code to create a simple story with Twine, but you can extend your stories with variables, conditional logic, images, CSS, and JavaScript when you're ready.
I'd suggest trying it first. Game maker is pretty good for entry level programmers thanks to its drag and drop and supportive community. But even then, programming is not easy. As long as you're motivated and eager to learn, you'll be able to make what you want in game maker.
