If you liked all the LiS games you will probably like Tell Me Why too, if you only liked a few it's still worth trying in my opinion. Personally, I liked it better than LiS2 or TC. It can't catch up to LiS in my opinion (and BtS edges it out for me solely because I love Chloe), but not a lot of things can, that alone doesn't make a game bad.
