4 sty 2022 · For some reason, the tribe of Dan is not listed; in its place is Manasseh, which is one of the two tribes that came from Joseph. The Bible does not tell us why the tribe of Dan is excluded from the list of the twelve tribes in Revelation 7.
A possible explanation alluded to in the Pulpit Commentary is that Dan was omitted due to a scribal error. Looking at the list it's difficult to understand why the tribes of Dan and Ephraim are omitted in place of Levi, Joseph and Manasseh especially when we note the following:

However while Ezekiel mentions the tribe of Dan in consistency with the Torah, the book of Revelation omits it entirely instead merging the half tribes of Mannaseh and Ephraim back into Joseph and surprisingly lists the tribe of Levi in the place of Dan.
The quick answer is that the Bible does not clearly tell us exactly why the tribe is omitted from the prophetic listing found in Revelation. They are certainly found in other lists that delineate the people of Israel (Numbers 2, 26, Joshua 19, and so on).
