If you fly Iberia, your connection will be through modern terminals 4 and 4s. If you decide to connect to Aeroméxico in Madrid, you’ll have to connect through crappy old Terminal 1. Despite its turbulent past, Iberia flights is safe nowadays, and you shouldn't worry too much when flying with them. Nonetheless, Iberia air has had at least four severe accidents throughout its career in which many passengers and crew members tragically lost their lives.
You can blame Iberia if you want, but it’s well known you’re likely to end up in this situation when booking through a third party like Expedia. Sorry you’re going through this and hope you get the resolution you’re looking for!
With FlyLevel, we didn't know we were supposed to PURCHASE OUR MEALS BEFOREHAND so we straight up were skipped by the flight crew on both meals. So embarrassing.
