My Iberia flight was cancelled (was informed 3 days prior)and then they rebooked for a later time. Filed for EU261 compensation. After many tickets and calls, I’m still waiting for an answer.

2 maj 2018 · Iberia flies from Spain and to and from many Latin America countries. My wife and I booked a flight from Barcelona, Spain to Miami, which had a stopover in Madrid. When we got to Barcelona airport, there were no signs when you get in the terminal directing you to any airline.
Just flew with Iberia from Madrid to the US. My biggest issue with them was that their website and online system for US re-entry is… rough to say the least. For example, I filled out their version of the US COVID attestation form, and the pdf that was generated from the form missed one of my answers.
Iberia changed our return flights 6 days before my travel about 10 hours earlier without our consent. Instead of my scheduled return flight at 18:30 I was rebooked at 09:00am with a layover in Madrid. As per my itinerary I was to board renfe train at 07:00am from Madrid to Barcelona to catch my flight .

10 mar 2019 · Recently, I tried to log on to my avios account and found it impossible for three days to do so. so, if it's just the flight, it should be fine. But, if, heaven forbid, you have to change your ticket or do anything else, it's going to be a total hassle.
