2 maj 2018 · Before flying on Iberia, I thought Spirit was the worst airline I ever used. Iberia now takes first place. Iberia flies from Spain and to and from many Latin America countries. My wife and I booked a flight from Barcelona, Spain to Miami, which had a stopover in Madrid.
9 sty 2024 · Iberia also changed the terms of the ticket, even though it stated the fare was able to be refunable (not the cheapest ticket) and could be changed. Very distressing. Proceed at your own risk.
Iberia is one of the worst airlines I've ever flown. They cancelled my one way to Europe (which was one leg of a larger, longer trip, that had multiple other flights) 3 days prior to departure. This was in 2018. I'll never fly them again.
You can blame Iberia if you want, but it’s well known you’re likely to end up in this situation when booking through a third party like Expedia. Sorry you’re going through this and hope you get the resolution you’re looking for!
Iberia changed our return flights 6 days before my travel about 10 hours earlier without our consent. Instead of my scheduled return flight at 18:30 I was rebooked at 09:00am with a layover in Madrid.
10 mar 2019 · I recently was rebooked on Iberia after a mechanical problem on Swiss Air. I tend to rate carrier on how they handle when things go wrong. Problems happen, but how do you approach the problems and address the customer? I have found Iberia to be horrible.
Is Iberia a good airline if there’s a pretty good chance it’s going to take 35+ minutes to walk to your gate? Only you can decide. Iberia seems to be one of those airlines that will initiate the boarding process even if the plane itself isn’t ready for boarding.
