Update: I called American's customer service, considering I'd had so much trouble calling Iberia. The good news is that I'm checked in! I just have to print my boarding pass at the Iberia kiosk tomorrow, and I'm still worried about shenanigans. I'll get to the airport super early, just in case.
10 mar 2019 · Iberia is fine, Iberia is awful - just like most major airlines. This should be at or near the bottom of your list of things to worry about (it it makes the list at all). Move on to other concerns.

Just a rant, sorry, but first time using them and compared to every US airline (yes, EVERY) and many other international ones, Iberia is the worst by far.
Iberia changed our return flights 6 days before my travel about 10 hours earlier without our consent. Instead of my scheduled return flight at 18:30 I was rebooked at 09:00am with a layover in Madrid. As per my itinerary I was to board renfe train at 07:00am from Madrid to Barcelona to catch my flight .

13 sie 2018 · Overall Impression. For an economy flight across the Atlantic, Iberia's A350 isn't a bad option. There's plenty of in-flight entertainment, decent storage, better-than-average seat width, a well-designed headrest and good food to make the trip easier.
