2 maj 2018 · I had a round trip flight from Lisbon to Malaga, and Iberian (1) changed me scheduled flights to include a 3 hour layover when it was only an hour before, and wanted to charge over $300 to change it back.
You can blame Iberia if you want, but it’s well known you’re likely to end up in this situation when booking through a third party like Expedia. Sorry you’re going through this and hope you get the resolution you’re looking for!
9 sty 2024 · Iberia also changed the terms of the ticket, even though it stated the fare was able to be refunable (not the cheapest ticket) and could be changed. Very distressing. Proceed at your own risk.
10 mar 2019 · I recently was rebooked on Iberia after a mechanical problem on Swiss Air. I tend to rate carrier on how they handle when things go wrong. Problems happen, but how do you approach the problems and address the customer? I have found Iberia to be horrible.
Unfortunately, I noticed Iberia Airlines doesn't rate too well when it comes to online reviews. On TripAdvisor, Iberia Airlines holds an average rating of 3.0/5.0 stars. People mostly complain about poor customer service, which seems impossible to contact. Something that is a big red flag for me.
Iberia is awful. The worst travel choice I’ve ever made. I don’t even want to repeat the story but basically- delayed flight causing missed connection, ZERO help to rebook, lines of hundreds of angry people who had the same thing happen, lost luggage, being stranded in a foreign country
You could try using a different browser/ computer, and if that still fails, IAG group includes Iberia, Aer Lingus and British Airways (as well as Level and Vueling), so check whether you can book with one of those - assuming this isn't in any case a codeshare flight when you could book through the codeshare partner (http://www.iberia.com/gb/our ...
