2 maj 2018 · Iberia flies from Spain and to and from many Latin America countries. My wife and I booked a flight from Barcelona, Spain to Miami, which had a stopover in Madrid. When we got to Barcelona airport, there were no signs when you get in the terminal directing you to any airline.
Iberia changed our return flights 6 days before my travel about 10 hours earlier without our consent. Instead of my scheduled return flight at 18:30 I was rebooked at 09:00am with a layover in Madrid. As per my itinerary I was to board renfe train at 07:00am from Madrid to Barcelona to catch my flight .
Unfortunately I ended up not booking it. I tried to transfer my points to Iberia and got blocked. I accidentally put in the incorrect account number (Iberia doesn't make it very clear what number is your account number). I tried to resolve it with Chase, but it has yet to be resolved.
Despite its turbulent past, Iberia flights is safe nowadays, and you shouldn't worry too much when flying with them. Nonetheless, Iberia air has had at least four severe accidents throughout its career in which many passengers and crew members tragically lost their lives.

9 sty 2024 · Iberia advertised a connection from Madrid to Bilbao with a short layover after my the flight from Miami to Madrid. When I purchased the ticket on their website, the flight was not what I purchased but a later flight with a much longer layover, 6 hours. I tried multiple times to contact Iberia to resolve issue, they had no explanation.
10 mar 2019 · I recently was rebooked on Iberia after a mechanical problem on Swiss Air. I tend to rate carrier on how they handle when things go wrong. Problems happen, but how do you approach the problems and address the customer? I have found Iberia to be horrible.
