24 lis 2013 · My Xbox One does not seem to be completely silent when it's off. It still sounds like it's running. The first time I turned it off, it was quite loud, so I removed the disk I had in it. Following that, I turned it off again to see if that would fix the noise, but it just made the noise quieter.
