Yone is an Epic ability and is the older-half brother of Yasuo (Yasuo was an original spec in AUT Old Universe. Yasuo in old universe was called Samurai/PROJECT Samurai). Both Yone and Yasuo are from League of Legends .
Yasuo stomps laning, but yone scales harder, and can do much more in teamights. Generally it is a skill matchup. If we had the best yone vs the best yas, yone can win from macro, and has snowball and comeback potential if he forces fights outside of lanes (w/o minions for yas to utilize) yone wins.

Yasuo is better early, Yone is better late, yasuo is harder to master, Yone is easier to pick up but rewarding to master. Yasuo is better depending on his own team comp, Yone is always good and does split damage with is really good.
It is, if you are good enough on Yone to stay even or get ahead early game, then he is better than Yasuo. It's pretty simple, Yasuo needs a team built around him: frontline, multiple AoE knockups and AP damage, while Yone can be useful in pretty much every situation regardless of teamcomp.
