6 sty 2019 · Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) I recently upgraded to a new router, and I am now unable to connect to my printer to the new wireless network. I select the Wireless Setup Wizard, it scans and picks up my wireless network, then asks me to enter my WPA/WEP key.

14 mar 2013 · Ever since, our Wireless printer, an HP Office Jet 7410 will not print. Apparently the printer network wizard is only giving me an option to input a WEP key and I need to be able to input the WPA key that goes with this new router.
