On Cemu you need to install updates and DLC with File > Install game title, update or DLC.

If you have dumped your account data and online files to install an eShop title, follow the "Downloading from eShop" tab to download and install your game. If you have a disc game dump, you can install it through Cemu in the "Installing dumps" tab.
These formats require the proper decryption key to be placed inside keys.txt. Since these keys are copyrighted we can't provide them with Cemu and it's up to the user to dump and set them up correctly. We recommend using games in .wua format which is much smaller and doesn't require keys.

25 wrz 2024 · Keys are required to decrypt Wii U ROMs. Your keys.txt needs to contain keys (one key per game) that must be dumped from a Wii U console.
follow the guide, dump your games with Dumpling and you won't need any keys. Download Tik2SD and place it in your SD:\wiiu\apps folder, run the homebrew and select the option to either dump the key. for your currently inserted Disc or the keys for your Digital installs.
