Grab it from the Mod Organizer 2 page, put it somewhere other than "Program Files" or the folder with "Skyrim" in it. You'll likely want to download LOOT as well to sort your mods. After downloading both: start Mod Organizer 2. go up to the top toolbar where it says "Tools". click "Executables".
