22 sty 2019 · How to post and submit OSHA 300A data. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires employers to log their recordable incidents onto an annual summary sheet. This sheet is known as the OSHA 300A form. Any establishment that is covered by OSHA must complete this form.
21 gru 2023 · Employers must post the previous year's 300A Summary Form in the workplace in a conspicuous location, such as an employee bulletin board, from February 1 through April 30 each year. This means that in 2024, the 2023 Summary must be posted.
27 sty 2022 · Complete Form 300A Summary after the year’s end, post it in a highly visible area of each worksite from February 1 to April 30, and submit it to OSHA by March 2. Form 300a is a summary of all the work-related injuries and illnesses of the year. It simply provides a total for the number of cases, number of days, and illness/injury types, broken out by category.
