29 lis 2022 · How To Find English Movies in Munich. English movies will be advertised in Munich theatres as Original Version or “OV”. Before you buy your tickets, triple check that they’re OV!
My favourite, by far, is Monopol Kino at Nordbad. Great movies (independent), great snacks, every seat is comfy and has a good view. Never packed, always nice people. Cinema in Nymphenburger is also good as people said, but it's more mainstream films and more expensive, too.
You need to look out for OV (Originalversion) or OmU (Original with subtitles) in the description. Monopol Kino, City Kinos or Museum Lichtspiele have a lot of english/original versions (OV in the description on their website). Most cinemas do.
27 sie 2013 · If you are after Hollywood movies but the Cinema is too far away for you, you can find many in the city centre at the Atelier, on Sonnenstr.. In the summertime, you can catch the odd English-language movie at my favourite beer garden near Poccistr., the Viehhof.

5 sty 2020 · Munich is a beautiful city, but you should definitely consider doing at least one day trip. There are around 50 (I am not even joking!) beautiful UNESCO World Heritage sites, landmarks, and national parks close-by, but most tourists will probably want to see Neuschwanstein Castle.
