To report suspected fraud related to your application or account, contact ODJFS or the county agency using an official state or county website or fraud-reporting hotline. Below are some additional suggestions on how to avoid Fraud and protect your confidential personal information.
If you know or suspect someone is misusing Public Assistance benefits, you can report it to us by using one of the following methods: Complete and submit the online Public Assistance Fraud Form. Call the Fraud Hotline at (216) 987-6950. Walk In/mail referrals to: Investigations Office. Room 350.
