I used Jason Dion's ITIL 4 Foundation. Online quizzes until I was comfortably scoring 85% or higher. Employer paid for study materials and cert. It's not very difficult, you just need to know the definitions of terms and understand the work flow. I did this over two weeks. Good luck!
