WEBDL, DVDrip indicate the source from where the file has been downloaded (DL) or ripped (Rip). HDRip is probably confusing and outdated, might mean "this file has been ripped from 720p/1080p source in SD".
HDTV = High Definition TV, it's recorded from TV. It can be a good rip or it can have pixelation, missing parts, TV logos, weird interlace, upscale, etc. It's usually used for movies that are still not available as WEB stream or Bluray disc. I'm not sure if it's an actual quality or just a category.
