18 maj 2023 · Vendor code 17002 usually comes when Listener Control is down. configure the listener.ora and tnsnames.ora file using the Network Configuration Assistant (netca). Then try restarting the listener. Then make sure that the network is up, by pinging. Then try connecting.

27 gru 2018 · First of all to solve “The network adapter could not establish the connection” error, check whether you have entered the correct username and password as well as the correct Hostname and Port number. Though these are small things we cannot avoid them.
Here are the steps I have tried: Clicked WiFi bars in System Tray, then "Troubleshoot" then got the message: An unexpected error has occurred. The troubleshooting wizard can't continue. Went to network adapters. LAN and WiFi say Unplugged and Not connected. Ran sfc /scannow from elevated Command Prompt.
18 kwi 2018 · When I connect to the IP and port I got from them, I get Network Error: Connection timed out after about 10 seconds. I assume this means they didn't make the necessary changes on their end (forward the port through the router, etc.).
5 gru 2023 · These errors are consistent and repeatable every time. They point to some configuration issues, such as SQL Server not enabling the TCP or a firewall blocking the connection.
