Just Work Out allows you to track freeform workouts on your Peloton App for iOS® and Android®. All activities will count towards streaks, challenges, achievements, and more. Plus, you will be able to listen to your own music from third-party apps.
My daily schedule is 1 hour (in the morning before work) - 20 or 30 minutes strength, paired with a 20 or 30 minute ride, 5 minutes cool down and 5 minutes stretch.

Update – one FAQ we’ve seen is whether you can in fact start a playlist with Spotify, and listen to it while your “Just Run” or “Just Ride” workout is in progress on your phone. We’ve been able to confirm that Spotify, Apple Music, Podcasts, and other apps all can play in the background while the Peloton app is recording your workout.
