This is a list of common physical constants and variables, and their notations. Note that bold text indicates that the quantity is a vector.
They are completely different types of physical quantities measured by different references and units. Suppose you are measuring the size of your room to estimate the amount of wooden panels for your oor. You will probably use a tape measure and read out the lengths of the room in feet and inches.
