You've downloaded your transfer, it should contain a set number of files, but when you open your transfer you notice that there seem to be files missing? They may be hidden from view. Please check for any hidden files: Mac: Go into the folder where you want to find hidden files, using Finder.

30 paź 2024 · If you have downloaded WeTransfer files on a PC but lost them, how to recover them? You can go to Recycle Bin first to see whether the deleted WeTransfer files are in it. If the files are too large or the Recycle Bin has been emptied, you can’t find files in Recycle Bin .
31 lip 2024 · Are your boards present, but missing some items? Have you recently changed devices, or uninstalled Collect? It's possible that the board hadn't finished syncing to your account.
Your browser may have blocked some of the files from the folder because it has been called "dangerous". It happens to me all the time, just go into your browser's settings and turn off protection just for the download.
