6 cze 2019 · Renewal season ended on 10/31/2018 - if you have not renewed your license, it will have lapsed and you will need to fill out an Online RN License Reinstatement form. To confirm, check the Verification link at the top of the page to see if you have lapsed.
Renewals begin on September 1, 2024, and must be completed by October 31, 2024. If not completed by this date, your RN license will lapse, and you won't be able to practice as a Registered Nurse in WV until you reinstate your license.

You can renew your RN License starting in September each year. You do have required Continuing Education (CE) for RN License renewal.
West Virginia RN license renewal applications are available on the Nurse Portal. The renewal period begins September 1 and any license not renewed by October 31 will lapse and require an additional fee to reactivate.
